Malaysian-owned steakhouse Meet Bros launches in London Paddington

On 13th May, the UK capital is set to welcome Meet Bros, an Asian-inspired steakhouse brought to life by the group that created renowned Malaysian chain Me’nate Steak Hub.

A semi-fine dining experience, Meet Bros is a fully halal Asian-inspired steakhouse that celebrates the “meeting” of Asian and Western cuisines surrounded by breathtaking ancient architecture.

The restaurant officially opens to the public following a grand launch event on 12th May, attended by Her Majesty Queen Azizah of Malaysia, who will cut the ribbon to mark London’s welcoming of Meet Bros with open arms.

Brought to the UK capital by Serai Group and Palace Butcher Resources (PBR), Meet Bros plays a significant role in PBR’s mission to expand globally and develop its international footprint. PBR is best known for the success of Me’nate Steak Hub, an exceptionally popular eatery across Malaysia with 13 outlets.

Ideal for those looking for a picturesque place to gather with friends, celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy high-quality Asian-inspired dishes, Meet Bros is set to bring a unique and memorable dining experience to Paddington.

The Menu

With cornerstone steaks sourced from all over the world, this unique and innovative steakhouse experience will allow diners the autonomy to select their own meat cut at the Meet Bros chiller station, to be infused with their choice of signature Asian marination. Guests will be able to select their cut from a variety including ribeye, sirloin, ribs and tomahawk.

Meet Bros’ team of chefs, experts in butchery and Asian cuisine, will use a combination of traditional and modern techniques to bring meat cuts to life through unique Asian-style marination. Alongside the classic salt & pepper option, guests will also be able to taste their cuts infused with special marination recipes, like Meet Bros’ secret BBQ sauce, designed to bring out the best flavours in each dish.

Aside from steaks, other dishes on offer will include Asian-inspired Small Plates, like Sesame Prawncake, Meet Bros Spring Rolls and Pulled Crispy Silver Hill Duck; Salads; Pizza; Pasta; Burgers. There will also be a selection of other meat-based mains, which will seamlessly blend the best spices and ingredients of the East with homely familiar flavours of the West.

Meet Bros understands the importance of catering to various diets, and so will also offer a range of vegan and vegetarian options in its menu, such as the Panko Portobello Steak, a deep-fried panko-crusted Portobello Steak Mushroom, served with silky smooth Parisian mash and Thyme onion jus.

With emphasis on providing a fully halal dining experience, Meet Bros will add to the growing number of alcohol-free venues within London.

The Venue

The Meet Bros dining experience will be backdropped by a memorable venue: an ancient Medieval-style basement complemented by modern minimalistic design choices.

Diners will be able to expect a relaxed atmosphere, with light music not taking away from the focus on quality food.

This beautiful restaurant will be available to hire for private events.

The Name and Other Information

The name ‘Meet Bros’ refers to the ‘meeting’ of two contrasting continents and cultures through tantalising dishes presented in a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels part of the family (‘Bros’).

The restaurant introduces a never before tasted richness to London’s F&B industry, and offers a distinct, halal alternative to other steakhouses on the market. PBR’s mission is to offer the best halal steakhouses in the world, and Meet Bros Paddington marks the first step towards achieving that goal.
