Everything here is halal, which is a massive bonus, and the food was genuinely excellent. The Wagyu steak was the standout for me. The meat was incredibly tender and the fat literally melted in your mouth, giving it such a rich and delicious flavour.The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and the atmosphere really adds to the experience. It’s warm, relaxing and has a lovely feel to it without being too formal. Definitely somewhere I’d recommend for a date night or a nice evening out. Overall, a fantastic experience and somewhere I’d happily return to.

Hamza and everybody we dealt with was very obliging and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the ambience and atmosphere and would recommend. We are all visiting the area from different places! Sydney, Westgate on Sea Kent Esher, Surrey. A nice find!

Absolutely brilliant! We loved the grilled chicken breast which we did not expect to eat at a steakhouse. Food is halal as well. Shoutout to Sirin for being an amazing waitress and for her recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. The only downside was when my friend choked on a piece of steak, the staff didn’t seem to know how to respond or help in that situation. I don’t think the workers were trained for emergencies like this, which was quite concerning. Alhamdulillah, one of our friends knew how to perform the Heimlich manoeuvre and thankfully my friend is okay and lives to this day!Overall, the food was great, but I’d definitely recommend the staff receive proper training for situations like this.

Edit: Poor (no) response from Management (Yusri) so reducing to 1 star. READ THE OTHER 1/2 star reviews - there’s dozens!Edit 2: ignore the management reply. I’ve called the number - left messages. All ignored.Original review: Super expensive for what it is, to the point of being unethical (ie, ripping off customers just because it is halal and there’s no competition). The same quality of wagyu served in the west end (not Paddington) is half the price. The main issue besides the ripping off of customers is that they don’t know how to cook a steak. Order medium rare and you get medium well (I tried to complain about this but management (Yusri) has been rude and unresponsive and does a disservice to the owners). The chefs kill the quality meat you’re paying twice the price to eat. The wagyu fried rice tastes nothing like it should with tiny amounts of meat. Nothing is “authentic” - it’s a strange fusion. Which works for certain crowds who lack halal options - but honestly for the highway robbery prices. The place is a real letdown. Decor/atmosphere is tacky. Service is amateur. Lots of goodwill but a real fail on the execution. For example, 4 x poorly cooked wagyu steaks for lunch will set you back £600 before drinks. A fried rice will cost you £40. These are Michelin star prices at a local restaurant. There are better places to spend your money.

Food was great no complaints, drinks great (especially watermelon and lychee) . Adama was wonderful throughout the evening. Only improvements would be reception/booking had 5 confirmation calls over a half an hour period and toilets are a mess.

My hotel was not far away from this nice friendly restaurant. I had the Black Angus rib eye and fries and a mocktail. Then I ordered Meet beef spring rolls as take away. I really enjoyed the spring rolls. The steak was juicy and so good. The staff was very nice too. The only minus is that they put a service charge of 12.5% automatically to the bill, but it is not obligatory, so you can ask for it to be removed which I did.

Came here with a group of 9 people and had a great experience. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice.Adama single-handedly looked after our group of 9, and she did it all with a smile on her face. She was extremely polite, attentive and friendly throughout. She matched our energy and made sure everyone was looked after.It’s not easy looking after a group of 9 by yourself, but Adama handled it effortlessly and made the whole experience even better. One of the places to consider if you’re looking for halal steak in London. The steak itself is good and definitely the highlight of the menu. However, the other dishes are only decent in my opinion, especially considering the relatively high prices. The pasta, in particular, could use more flavour as it tasted a little bland during my visit.Service was efficient, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. The main downside was the long waiting time, so it’s worth allowing some extra time if you’re visiting during a busy period.Overall, the steak is worth trying, especially for halal diners, but I’d manage expectations when ordering some of the other dishes given the price point.

Nach dem uns das Essen gebracht wurde, wurden wir nicht einmal gefragt ob alles so passt. Nachdem wir fertig waren hat es ca. 20 min gedauert bis uns überhaupt mal wer angesprochen hat.Lasst euch von den guten Bewertungen lieber nicht zu sehr täuschen, gefühlt hat man für eine ordentliche Menge Geld nur relativ wenig bekommen.Zudem wurde automatisch eine Service-Gebühr von 10% gebucht.Liebe Grüße

You’re about to have one of the best dinners of your life!! We came in got taken downstairs and saw the amazing stuff at this restaurant. I got the ribeye steak with bone marrow sauce. It was incredible!! We had Zubia who was a perfect waiter. The atmosphere was really nice and chill. The price is perfect in slap bang middle of London it is worth your money. I really hope you try this place.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Get the beef ribs they fall off the bone, the sauces you get with the steak were exceptional and the chilli oil sauce thing was absolutely delicious I want a jar to take home with me. Zubia was very friendly and I can’t believe how fast the service was!! Table at 6 three people we were done by 7pm so efficient. Well done to the staff working here you are all a credit to the place.

Great food honestly, everything was delicious but gosh the place was too dark in our opinion. We understand the idea behind giving the place some sort of an ambience but we just couldn’t get onboard with the dim lighting.But other than that I highly recommend the place, food is great, expensive but so good, try them.

they cooked my steak raw when I asked for medium rare (this is definitely not medium rare, it's barely cooked) and when I asked a server, the lady said it's medium rare lmao. I know my steaks😭 and I asked for them to re cook it and when it came back it was burned and tasted bad. but the bengali hijabi that served us originally was very sweet and welcoming
