Food was lovely!! i had a chicken burger with sweet potato fries, and an amazing thai salad. I would recommend the salad, the dressing was lovely and the beef was very good. The chicken burger was quite bland and dry towards the end, and the gochugang mayo was not as strong as a thought it would be, yet it was still pretty good. I tried the mango milkshake, it was quite mediocre i would say. The interior was absolutely lovely, it’s very picturesque and feels like you’re stepping into a different world. Also i need that playlist, it was very good! overall 10/10, would recommend!!!

Zubia provided the best service ever and our food was perfect from start to finish. Thanks to her expert recommendations and exceptional service, we enjoyed the lamb shanks and wagyu fried rice, both of which were absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to return and savor more of their amazing dishes.

We celebrated my 40th birthday and my friend’s 40th birthday at your restaurant last night, with a group of 20 guests. We had made the booking almost two months in advance. At the time, we were told that a single booking for 20 people was not possible, so we would need to make two separate bookings. However, we were specifically assured that the tables would be placed next to each other.During the week leading up to the event, I called twice to reconfirm all the arrangements. I also emailed the pre-orders for all 20 guests in a single email, making it clear that this was one combined celebration. The same credit card was used for both bookings, which should also have indicated that the reservations were linked.Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found that the two tables had been placed separately with a noticeable gap between them. We explained the situation and reminded the staff of the assurances we had received, but we were repeatedly told that these were two separate bookings and that it was too late to rearrange the seating.What was particularly disappointing was that there was a separate area of the restaurant with several smaller tables that could have been rearranged to accommodate our group together. We were not asking for a private room, nor did we mind if other guests were seated in the same area. However, the manager refused to consider any alternative solution. We were told that if we wanted that section, it should have been booked privately for an additional cost of £2,000. Again, we explained that we were not requesting exclusive use of the space—simply the opportunity to sit together as one party—but no flexibility was shown.The manager acknowledged that the confusion originated from the booking process and that the issue was not our fault. However, there was no genuine apology, effort to resolve the situation, or willingness to accommodate us in any way. Given the significance of the occasion and the amount we spent, this was extremely disappointing and far below the level of service I expected.In the end, our guests had to sit as two separate groups for most of the evening, although the staff later arranged the chairs together for the cake celebration as promised.I would like to add that the food, drinks, and table service were all excellent. Our server was fantastic, and the quality of the meal was outstanding. Unfortunately, the poor handling of the seating arrangements and the lack of flexibility from management overshadowed what should have been a very special evening.Overall, while the food and service staff were excellent, the management’s response to a clear booking issue left us feeling disappointed and let down on an important occasian.

Came here for anniversary dinner. Incredible food, and great vibes. Lovely settings to sit-in. Would highly recommend for a special occasion. Loved the fact there is a cozy little prayer room here too. Also want to thank Adama, Madinah, and Danish for their impeccable service and making our experience memorable.

The place was really pretty aesthetically and the service was lovely, however the food was really disappointing. The steak was half raw and for the price we’re paying I expected more. Similarly, I wasn’t impressed on the fact that you pay around £30+ for a steak and have to pay additional costs for any sides even including sauce which should come with it at least. The duck pasta was nice. Overall, a decent time but the food was a huge let down - probably wouldn’t visit again but it wasn’t anything too bad, just personal opinion.

Honestly, it’s a shame because the food is decent and the atmosphere is great, but my experience with billing and customer service has been very frustrating.I visited with a few friends and was incorrectly charged around £270 instead of roughly £127. I didn’t notice immediately, as I trust restaurants to charge correctly. Once I realised the mistake, I called and was told to email, which I did, but I didn’t receive any response.I then went in person to resolve it. I was told I had consumed all the items on the bill and was shown a receipt, but I had only eaten about half of what was listed—something even a staff member later appeared to confirm after checking CCTV. It felt like there was a lack of clarity internally about what actually happened.I was then told I would need to wait a week, which felt unreasonable given the situation. Eventually, I received an email saying only part of the amount would be refunded. At that point, I called again to follow up. While I wasn’t shouting, I was understandably upset, and being told to “calm down” made the situation worse. The staff member did apologise afterwards, but the interaction still felt dismissive.I’m still waiting on my refund that was confirmed, but overall the lack of consistency, communication, and accountability has been disappointing. Based on this experience, I would be cautious. Mistakes happen but how we manage them is so important, the way meat bros Paddington team dealt with this was abysmal

This is the first time I've been in an underground steak restaurant and oh my, it was just such a cool and nice experience. From the get go when you enter the restaurant on the ground level, the smell of grilled meat just pulls you in and then there's a waiting area for you to wait before they usher you to your seat. When they finally do so and you go down the steps to the underground dining area, you are just wowed by how it looks coz it's such a unique experience.

Absolutely loved my experience at Meet Bros. The ambience was incredible, and the cave-themed interior was truly exceptional — such a unique and immersive atmosphere.The food was brilliant from start to finish, especially the lamb shank which was cooked to perfection — tender, flavourful, and beautifully presented.What really made the evening stand out was the outstanding service.
